Bushido practices run in 2 fifteen week sessions at Pan Am Pool as follows:

Session 1: Sep 10, 2016 - Dec 22, 2016

Session 2:  Jan 7, 2017 - Apr 29, 2017

We will once again run mini-games at each 7th and 15th week of each session.

DRYLAND INFO: Indoor runners are required. NO outdoor shoes may be worn on the deck or in the gym at any time. *** Please wear bathing suit under work out clothes when dryland preceeds pool time. This allows for a quicker transition to the pool. *** Water bottles are strongly recommended for both dryland and pool.

14U/12U/10U - meet on the pool deck in shorts, t-shirt and indoor runners.

19U/16U - meet outside the upstairs gym (near training tank) in shorts, t-shirt and indoor runners.

AGE GROUPS for the 2016/17 Season:

19U - Born 1998, 1999, 2000
16U - Born 2001, 2002
14U - Born 2003, 2004
12U - Born 2005, 2006
10U - Born 2007 and later (deep water program)
Intro (5 - 10 yrs) - Born 2007 to 2012 (shallow water program)
